what's the worst thing that can happen to a recruitment consultant???

it's when u have this candidate whom u think is suitable for this particular position...and u call her up to ask if she's keen...and then she declines it, saying she isn't really looking at this kind of a portfolio and THEN before you know it...ur colleague gets hold of her resume (cos this job seeker OBVIOUSLY forwards her resume ard) and ur colleague calls her up asking if she's keen for the SAME position...and guess what??? she agrees to try for this position!!!!!!

know how that feels???? it's an outright "OUCH" with a capital "o"!!!! it's not like i got hold of her resume later than my colleague ok...

i HATE candidates like that!!!! maybe one fine day i'll put up a list of candidates i hate...
